Healing in His Presence

“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” — Isaiah 41:10 (NIV)

Healing doesn’t mean forgetting. It doesn’t mean the pain disappears or that the love fades. Healing means learning to live again—with grace, with hope, and with Jesus by your side.

There is no timeline for grief. But there is a promise: you are not walking this road alone.

God is not waiting for you to “get over it.” He is walking with you through it. Every step. Every tear. Every quiet moment when you wonder if you’ll ever feel whole again—He is there.

Healing in His presence is not about rushing forward. It’s about resting in His love. Letting Him carry what you can’t. Trusting that even in the brokenness, He is making something new.

A Gentle Practice:

Find a quiet space. Close your eyes and place your hand over your heart. Breathe deeply and pray:

“Lord, I don’t have all the answers. But I trust You. Heal what hurts. Restore what’s broken. And help me walk forward with You.”

You are not the same person you were before your loss—and that’s okay. God is shaping something beautiful in you, even now. You are healing. You are growing. And you are deeply loved.

With hope and healing,
Sherry
